VIP Service Purchase Agreement & Refund Policy
Important Notice: Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing VIP service. By proceeding with purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this agreement.
1. Agreement Acceptance
1.1 This VIP Service Purchase Agreement & Refund Policy ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and VPN - Super regarding the purchase of VIP services.
1.2 By clicking the "Purchase" button, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accept all terms of this Agreement.
2. VIP Service Description
2.1 VPN - Super offers three types of VIP services: Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly subscriptions. Prices are displayed on the purchase page.
2.2 VIP service becomes active immediately upon successful purchase. Service details are described within the application.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 First-Time Purchase Refunds
For first-time purchases, refunds are available within specified time limits:

3.2 Repurchase Refunds
CRITICAL NOTICE: If you have previously purchased any VIP service from VPN - Super (regardless of whether it has expired or been refunded), any subsequent purchase is considered a "Repurchase".
Repurchases are NOT eligible for any refunds under any circumstances. Please consider carefully before making a repurchase.
4. Refund Application Process
To apply for a refund (if eligible), follow these steps within the app:
Go to the "Setting" page
Enter the "Order Feedback" section
Select question type: "Apply for a refund"
Complete the "Problem description" field with:
Purchase date
Type of service purchased (Weekly/Monthly/Yearly)
Reason for refund request
Any other relevant information
Click "Submit" to send your application
Processing Time: We will review your request within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method.
5. Special Conditions
5.1 Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
VIP service usage period exceeds the refund eligibility period
Repurchase of any VIP service
Service experience issues due to user device, network, or configuration problems
Personal change of mind after the refund period has expired
Refund requests not submitted through the official process outlined above
7.1 This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable to WIDGET TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.
7.2 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement based on legal requirements or business adjustments. Updated versions will be posted within the app.
7.3 This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the complete agreement between you and VPN - Super.

2. Eligibility
The App is intended for users who are at least 4 years old. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 4 years old.
3. Services Provided
Network Speed Testing: Provides real-time data on your internet connection speed, including download and upload speeds.
IP Location: Displays your current IP address and related geographical location information.
VPN Network Connection: Enables a virtual private network (VPN) connection for secure and private internet access.
4. Subscription Plans
NetBoost offers access to its premium services through subscription plans. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms outlined below:

These plans will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payments will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.
Note on Management and Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iTunes account settings. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
5. Free Trials
From time to time, NetBoost may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. After the trial period, the selected subscription plan will automatically begin unless canceled before the trial ends.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
NetBoost is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect any personal information such as names, addresses, or contact details. However, certain non-personal information such as device ID, language settings, and region settings may be collected for improving user experience and service quality.
